Nourish's Summer Camp is almost here!

June 8–11 | 1:00–3:00 PM daily

Give your child the chance to dig in, get their hands dirty, and discover where food comes from! Campers will spend their afternoons in the garden planting, tending, and harvesting fresh produce while learning firsthand how food grows and the care it takes to bring it to life.

Then, they'll take their harvest into the kitchen and create their own delicious meals from the ingredients they've gathered.

This team player coordinates and leads Farm-to-School and supports Farm-to-Community education programs for learners of all ages, from early childhood through adulthood. Yesterday, we welcomed the Sheboygan Falls 7th graders for a lesson in food preservation! Students harvested fresh vegetables from the raised beds, then chopped and transformed them into homemade pickles.

Nourish Summer Camp invites students ages 9–13 to dig in, get their hands dirty, and discover the journey from garden to plate! Running June 8–11 from 1-3 each afternoon, this hands-on camp offers a true farm-to-table experience.

Campers will spend their time in the garden planting, tending, and harvesting fresh produce, learning firsthand how food grows and the care it takes to bring it to life. After gathering ingredients, they’ll head into the kitchen to create their own delicious meals.

Join us for a Guided Matcha Experience led by Sora Matcha! 🍵

June 11 from 5:30-7PM. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll be guided through the fundamentals of matcha—from how it’s grown and stone-milled in Japan to how to properly prepare it at home. Each guest will learn how to whisk their own bowl of matcha using traditional techniques and tools, creating a moment of intention and ritual to take with them beyond the class.
