So with the holiday memorial weekend coming up I am planning on being open this Thursday the 21st for one day. The freezer display case is fully stocked with regular brats, cheddar brats, jalapeño cheddar brats, Italian sausage, Brat patties, restaurant steaks, pork tenderetts, and beef cheddar pub burgers.

I will be open from 8 AM until 5:30 PM Thursday May 21st. Stock up while you can, after this weekend, I will be very busy with Charter fishing on Top Notch Charters for the summer.

Brats are flying off the shelf today! We are getting low on cheddar and jalapeño cheddar Brats. We have eight packages of cheddar brats left and 10 packages of jalapeño cheddar brats.

We do have a good supply of regular and our champion jalapeño and ghost pepper cheese brat.

We are open until 5:30 PM today if you would like to stop by and grab some while supplies last thank you!

Good morning! Today and tomorrow we are open from 10 AM - 5:30 PM if anyone would like to stop by and purchase some brats or pub burgers. After today, we are going to focus on getting ready for the busy Charter fishing season ahead and we will not have official open hours until the fall of this year.

We have some of our champion award winning, jalapeño and ghost pepper cheese brats stocked in the meat case available for purchase!

We had a great time this weekend at the annual WAMP Meat Trade Show, competing against some of the best in the business across a wide variety of meat products. We’re proud to say we brought home a couple of wins!

We couldn’t be happier with the results, it’s a true reflection of the hard work, dedication, and pride we put into everything we do. Thank you to everyone who supports us, it means a lot!

The winning products were from our Honey BBQ snack sticks and our new Jalapeño and Ghost pepper cheese specialty bratwurst.

Good morning everyone, we are winding down with venison production so our hours are going to change. At this point we only have a few orders left for pick up so we are going to be open this week and next week only

Thursday and Friday. 10am-5:30pm

Closed Saturday-Wednesday

After next week we will be closed until September when the bow hunting season starts up again. I was thinking of keeping the shop open for brats sales through the summer however with charter fishing right around the corner, my time will be spend focusing on fishing for the next several months.

Good morning everyone, we are making this week the last call for venison trimmings in order to have your order processed by the end of April.

Open today until 5:30pm
Friday 8-5:30
Sat 8-Noon

After this weekend, we will still be accepting trimmings however we likely will be shutting down production until the deer season opens again in September.

Also, soon our hours will be very limited as we are getting ready to switch over to our busy Charter fishing season coming up. For those of you that don’t know we also own Top Notch Charters out of Sheboygan for salmon and Trout fishing. 🎣

Thank you everyone for your business this past year. It was one of our busiest seasons yet and we greatly appreciate everyone’s support!

We also have pork brats and beef burgers for sale this week if you would like to stop by and pick some of those up!

Good morning everyone! We are beginning to wind down our venison sausage production for the season. Huge thank you to all of our customers supporting our business for the 2025/2026 season!

We are still accepting venison trimmings if you would like to have some sausage made, but please don’t wait too long because soon we will be gearing up for Charter fishing and the sausage production will have to wait until fall.

Good morning everyone just wanted to remind you all We will be closed today.

We will be at the Random lake rod and gun club for their annual Deer classic!

We highly recommend you stop down and check it out. It is a great event helping to raise money to Grant outdoor adventures for children and veterans with life-threatening diseases or disabilities.
