Always a blast to meet with transports!
So thankful that kd transport was able to work out an Athens AL stop!
Sweet Dottie and Voltris(baby brk black otter doe) were loaded up and headed to their new home together!

We also made the decision to help another breeder with her mini Rex and sent mudslide and her litter of 5 babies to a breeder in GA they were able to get them earlier in the week!

Cant wait to see how they help their new homes!!

We are officially on baby watch for 7 different litters😅

2 Vienna litters and 5 nonvienna!

A few are first time moms but so far a couple already pulled fur and are making their nest😅

Nonvienna:

Otter/blue tort
Chesnut/tri - will be partial pedigreed
Tort/blue tort- repeat breeding! We kept the last baby she had and he got lots of compliments at the last show!
Brk chesnut/chocolate
Lilac/chocolate

Vienna:

Black Vm/black VM otter - should be no Chocolate or shaded
Squirrel VC/blue VC- this will have possible chocolate

Enjoy the pic of our current youngest babies - they are 2 different litters combined but 5 Vienna babies total (the sweet chesnut Vm looks to be a max factor/peanut so it will stay no matter what but chances are it won’t make it😔)

our delayed baby boom has begun!!! in the last 2 days we have had 2 vienna dwarf litters

one of these litters is related to the 2 chestnuts VC we have currently available (same father) as we are trying to test breed the dad to know if he is VC or not (at the moment we believe he is not, but another 1-2 breeding's should confirm it)

the other is off one of our grow outs! (jalapeño) we are so excited to see how these babies turn out as the mom (Dottie) produced our gorgeous Diva and Dottie will be going to help another program so it will be the last litter we have from her.

BEW/Chocolate agouti - looks to be 3 chestnuts (1 VC and 2VM)
Black VM/Black otter VM - 2 (1 VM otter? and 1 VC black)

with them being so young it will take another few days to see their colors really come in so the guesses may change.

We had the best time at the second annual surf rabbit show! While we didn’t have outstanding wins we learned a lot and we are definitely on the right track! We took lots of babies to get comments on and we are very happy with the feedback! It was so much fun to see friends and meet more!

We also were able to pick up some bunnies! Thankful for good friends that pick up bunnies and bring them to the show so we were able get them!

Tons of new colors were added and we can’t wait for new babies!

This is a line breeding from daughter to father- we did this in the hopes of some nice show babies! Line breeding is important in helping pull out colors or type(good or bad)
We don’t do it often but decided to see what would happen and surprise both carry chocolate 😂
