On behalf of The Dyne and Nizzi families, we’d like to thank you all for coming and supporting the Cindy Snyder Memorial Race. It was a great weekend remembering an even greater friend. We hope you enjoyed yourselves as much as we enjoyed seeing you all! We take a lot of pride in running an efficient show in our little neck of nowhere….and it has always been our goal to be as welcoming to the first time barrel racer as to the seasoned pros. I hope you all feel that. It is absolutely wonderful and heartwarming to witness the camaraderie that goes on between competitors here!
Once again, a huge thank you to all of our buckle and award sponsors! I Wish you could all see the way the kids( and adults 😊) faces light up when they get them 💜 it makes all of the work worth it! Lastly, thank you to everyone who pitched in to help! We couldn’t have done it without you!

Just a Reminder… if your PeeWee is running for peewee awards they are not eligible for them in any other class.

*PeeWees may run both youth and PW class, but only eligible for awards in one or the other. Must declare which one before run.

A few more hours to get your pre- entries sent! Things will be set up a little differently this year for Sign ups. You will not be signing up where you want to run. I am without my major office helper, Delaney 😥 this year so we are trying to simplify our job in the office and minimize the chance of mistakes. That being said, if you are running more than 1 horse and require more time in between, I HIGHLY recommend pre-entering at least one horse.

🐴 A few things for the weekend! 🐴
As always, arriving Friday night after 6 is allowed. Remember, we dont live on site and need time to get there ourselves. There will be someone to help direct you where to park. We know everyone loves to come here to 🏕, and we def want you to enjoy that! But we also have to park smart to fit you all in 😊 No type of corrals/ panels etc around the arena… if you need that, head to the back. And keep in mind the 🚂 goes through nightly so if you have a horse tied that might not tolerate it well ( I say this bc it happens every year lol) I would advise not to park along the arena. Most of you know, but we’ve had some new people msg and I want to make it clear, we are a primitive🌲 establishment. No stalls or hookups available, water💦is the creek etc. We will have a concession stand available with great food😋The Kane 🦁club will be set up with snocones, cotton candy and 🍿as well. We promise a welcoming and laidback, fun environment that is all about the kids!
We have some 🤩amazing 🤩awards for the Open, Youth and PeeWee barrels on Saturday ( with maybe a few surprises thrown in 😉) I am still waiting on 2 donations of undisclosed amounts to arrive before I will know the added💵💵 amount. I’m doing my best to make it the best it can be, but in times like these it’s harder to ask and come by sponsors so please thank the ones we have!!!👏👏
I hope that addressed all the questions I’ve been getting😊 Most importantly, we are looking forward to a fabulous weekend in honor and memory of a lady we loved so much💜 Cindy Snyder knew how to live, laugh and love through life💜 Now Let’s give her some awesome barrelracing to watch this weekend!!!
P.S. We are a very small team so if you could pre-enter it would be a HUGE help to me. If you end up not being able to make it, no problem. You pay when you get here. I am going to take pre-entries starting tonight through Friday at noon. TEXT ONLY (814-706-9944). You will not be pre-entered any other way ( msg, comments etc) bc it will be too hard to keep track. Info needed:
1. Name
2. Horse name
3. Class and indicate if you are rolling or running for youth, masters, adult.
*You will come to window and pay when you get there. I will have your entry sheet filled out and ready to go.
* Exhibitions will be sign up the day of only and draws for pre-entries will be posted Saturday morning.
*If you pre-enter and are not able to make it please text me and let me know so I can pull you.
