Hi all, my time at Le Peacock Shelburne Falls has come to and end as a manager, but i am now a happy patron and very proud of the work we did to create a fun space for everyone.

The staff are incredible, but I really have to say thank you to all the patrons/neighbors/visitors I now consider friends. I have never worked with such friendly staff and patrons in my 20 year career.

I wish Le Peacock the best, and I truly hope to see everyone I had the pleasure of meeting around town!

Time to focus on my own business again and possibly get product into local stores 🥰🤘 I am also looking for my next project in bar consulting!

We still create our own Lady Appalachia LLC syrups as well, which are sustainably sourced and organic (sometimes even ingredients grown in their own garden).

And we carry non-alcoholic beer!
