Colpaola Verdicchio di Matelica, $19. This is a dry Italian white wine from the Marche region, made from the Verdicchio grape.
Expect a fresh, mineral style with notes of lemon, green apple, pear, white flowers, and almond, plus lively acidity and the minerality comes out in the finish. It’s enjoyable now, rather than held for long-term aging. Good pairings include seafood, and grilled fish.

Tenuta Col Colàt , Ovalis, $15. A Claret style Cuvée of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Refosco . Dark ruby ​​red color with garnet reflections, it has beautiful aromas of plum, black cherry and vanilla. Round, full-bodied on the palate, it finishes with hints of winter spice and chocolate that shows great potential for further ageing in the cellar, while being extremely drinkable now.

Vinos del Viento Aventura Blanca 2025, $20.
This is a Spanish white blend from Campo de Borja, Argon. The 2025 blend is primarily Viura, with Garnacha Blanca and Chardonnay. It is hand-harvested, co-fermented with indigenous yeasts in concrete, aged on fine lees, and bottled unfined and unfiltered.
It has a pale, fresh, expressive wine with aromas of white flowers, pineapple, and passion fruit, plus a gently rounded texture and lively finish. It should work well as an aperitif or with garlic prawns, salads, Vietnamese spring rolls, fish tacos, and primavera pasta.
