The frost imposed respite from the garden has given me time to prepare some new autumn inspired barn quilt paintings. I’ll have all my new work on display for an Open Studio at the farm the weekend of November 7 & 8 - with an opening reception from 2 - 4 pm on the 7th.

It aligns with the Crafts of Colrain studio tours, so it’s a great weekend to explore western Franklin county and see the work of many local artisans.

The official invite for my reception is soon to come!

Patten Hill is in full color for the long weekend! Our farm stand will be closed (for some family time) but it’s still worth a scenic drive if you’re in the area. Our gardens and donkeys are visible from the roadside.

Wishing you a wonderful weekend.

I’m afraid the field flower season will draw to close within a week. So I created some special arrangements this afternoon, in appreciation of these lovely blossoms.
