Over 100 Vermont cheeses will be the centerpiece of the annual Vermont Cheesemakers' Festival at Highland Center for the Arts this summer, along with dozens of specialty foods, fine w**es, and locally crafted b**r. Set on the hillside of Highland Center for the Arts, the Festival will feature more than 30 Vermont cheesemakers who will be sampling and selling their products. Pairing sessions, w**e

and b**r tastings, and seminars will round out the afternoon. Admission:

>> 11:30AM-4PM General Admission: $69.50.

>> 9-11AM Industry-Only Admission: $90 for retailers, chefs & restaurant staff, grocery buyers, cheesemongers, food writers/media and other industry personnel. Provides education session, sampling access, and one-on-one time with vendors prior to public opening. The Festival sells out well in advance, so early reservations are recommended.
