My dad is awesome. He’s the hardest worker I know, and Ellie would be nothing it is today without him. This Father’s Day release is an ode to him, and to all the other fathers out there who work too hard to drink bad coffee! This Father’s Day, gift him our limited time release, a blend of Mexico and Ethiopia. The Mexico brings milky way-like caramel sweetness, And the Ethiopia brings it home with ripe pear notes to give it a juicy finish🤤

Introducing our newest blend: Trash Bandit 🦝
A bold outlaw roast, crafted to deliver rich flavor with a smooth finish.

When I first started Ellie, my earliest supporters were the community around me—many of them devoted dark roast drinkers. And across America, dark roast still holds strong as the go-to cup …bold, smoky, and familiar.

While I naturally gravitate toward the brightness of light roasts, creating Trash Bandit has been a fun challenge. I’m excited to add this bold, balanced dark roast to the Ellie Coffee lineup—made for those who like their coffee strong, smooth, and just a little mischievous 😈
