Inventory will be limited at first as I continue stocking shelves with handmade products crafted in small batches right here on our farm.

People are always surprised to learn that freeze drying goat milk can take over 30 hours from start to finish. 🐐🥛❄️

This video shows a little behind-the-scenes look at the process here on our farm — from milking our goats to the final freeze-dried product.

Every batch is milked, prepared, freeze dried, and packaged right here at the farm. Freeze drying is a slow process, but it creates a lightweight, shelf-stable product while helping preserve the natural qualities of the milk.

There’s no shortcut to small farm production — just time, patience, and a whole lot of waiting for that final product 🤍

This is Natasha - she dried up when I stopped milking her 7 months ago. Why is she at the milking station??

Well.... two weeks around the newborn kids, she suddenly developed a full udder again and gave me 1/2 gallon of milk tonight. I did not know this was a thing!

Some dairy goats can actually restart milk production simply from the hormonal and maternal response to babies nearby. Nature is pretty incredible 🩷🌾

These are made in very limited quantities right now while we continue preparing for opening, so once they’re gone, it may be a little while before the next batch is ready.

Caught something wild in the hay field tonight. I thought this was a mama deer reuniting with her fawn after the hay was mowed, but instead, these two does stood up and went at it.
