Starting off with one of the easiest dishes to make, cheesy scrambled eggs.
You will need:
1. A small skillet and a spatula.
2. Two or three large eggs
3. One tablespoon of unsalted butter. Margarine can be substituted.
4. One half cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
5. Milk. Water can be substituted.
To make:
Place skillet on burner and turn the stove to medium.
Take the eggs and crack them into a small bowl.
Using a whisk or fork, stir them well until thoroughly mixed.
Add a half teaspoon of milk.
Add the cheese and stir again until combined.
Put the tablespoon of butter in the skillet and let it melt.
Pour the egg mixture into the pan.
Turn the heat up a little bit to medium high.
Take the spatula and stir the eggs around, flipping them over several times.
Cook until they are firm. Be careful not to burn them.
Serving suggestion:
Sausage and toast.
