Hi Everyone!!
I know it's been a LOOONG time since I've posted...but life happens. There have been some really hard things...but God continues to bless me and brought me to a great new place I want to share with all of my friends!

Without details, in June, I left the farm at Meadow Brook. Two weeks ago I bought a cottage in Morganton NC and plan to open a Bed and Breakfast. I also hope to start baking again...soon!

I am very excited and would like to welcome you all to join myself...Darcy, and Gemma at Maple View Inn!

JAXON MILKING PART 2

When we were milking, Jaxon asked if he could have some milk as soon as we got in the house. He was amazed that the milk was warm and decided to add some chocolate so he had "instant hot chocolate " . He declared it the best milk he ever tested.

axon wanted to try milking! He did a GREAT job! We had a blue bucket in there that he milked in and then we let Axle drink it. He was a happy camper!

All breads are now FOUR OUNCES larger! SAME PRICE, larger leaves!
Cheddar Parm, Seeded Multigrain and Honey Butter White, all available tomorrow at Fagans Farm in Ellenboro!

We also have our fresh made Chevre Goat Cheeses! Herbed Tomato Parm (with a touch of garlic) and our newest flavor...Cranberry Pineapple Pecan! Ooh, so good on a slice of bread...or crackers!

Honey Butter White just went in the oven, Seeded Multigrain just came out! Finished forming and wrapping our new Herbed Goat Cheese w Bacon and Sundried Tomato. (Allow me to say... this is hands down the BEST cheese I've ever made. Texture and flavor are wonderful...and I could just sit and eat it!!

Angel Food Cakes will be baked off in the morning, and then all of these are headed to Fagans Farm Store at 10 a.m.! Cheddar Parm will be there as well...I baked it earlier in the day!
