Dabuchas Outdoors Dabucha's is a full custom meat processing shop. We have our own smokehouse and specialize in custom processing of beef, pork, sheep and wild game.

Dabucha's is a custom meat cutting shop which specializes in total processing of all animals. We guarantee that you will receive back the meat that you bring in to us. We do not mix any products together in bulk batches but carefully keep each order seperate to insure that our customers receive only the finest products made from the own animal. An on site smokehouse allows us to keep all products on location (some shops send their smoked orders elsewhere).

This is what we love to see again! Smoking meats is our specialty and our smokehouse is back in action on wild game! Archery season has a couple of more weeks but antelope and youth deer season is fast approaching! We are ready to take your game animals or trim!

Things are moving right along at the shop as we repair from the spring fire and prepare for hunting season. Machines going back into position in the cutting and wrapping rooms. Roof has had a first coat of sealant run on the seams and the corner gutter. Priming and painting has begun in th smokehouse room. We witness progress daily and look forward to serving our

Floor stain being applied. First coat down. Progress is slow but we will be ready to accept game starting as soon as the antelope archery only season begins August 15th. Need approval from Dept of Livestock before we resume processing domestic animals, sorry for the delay on that end.

Another update on the rebuilding of the shop. All refrigeration and heating units are back up and running at 100%. Working on the floor sealing and scraping the burnt sections of wood. Should have plenty of time to be ready for animals just after the Marias Fair!

Update on the shop.
Progress is being made rebuilding after our small fire earlier this spring. We are taking the time to reseal the entire building from floor to ceiling. Walls have been scrubbed down and the ceiling in the cutting area has been painted. Currently working on prepping the floor for a new sealant coating. I intend to reopen the shop before the conclusion of the local fair in mid July. Thank you all for your continued support.
