Our neighboring farmer experienced a fire breaking out in the middle of a wheat field while baling straw today. Thankfully, everyone is okay, but it serves as a reminder of just how quickly things can change.

As we move through this busy season of planting, hay baling, and wheat harvest, please be careful. Check your equipment, keep an eye on field conditions, and stay alert.

Farming can be challenging enough on the best of days, and moments like this remind us how important it is to look out for one another. Be safe, and always be there for your neighbor. You never know when they might need a helping hand or better yet when you might need a helping hand!
