🌽🚜 Silage Season 2025! 💚

Yesterday was a big day on the farm — we chopped corn silage for the cows! The choppers were running full speed, wagons rolling, and everyone pitched in to get it done. Nothing like that smell of fresh-cut silage.

This feed will keep our herd happy and healthy all winter long. ❄️ Thanks to everyone who helped make it a smooth day in the fields!

We operate a fifth generation farm in Shelby, Ohio that believes in past traditions, but always looking to the future. The farm consistences of Hay,grain and Purebred Angus cattle. We have been in the purebred Angus business for over 25 years buying our first small Angus herd from Novak Angus Meadows in Newark OH some of our blood lines can still be traced back to that foundation herd.

We have always believed that setting goals and working to achieve them were important to the success of the operation. We have benchmark our cattle to some of the best in the industry through the Show ring the sale ring and though EPD’s. Our focus has always been functional cattle that will make a impact in the beef business. A quote from Rick Rigsby sums this up for us “Good enough is not good enough if it can be better”

Today we market breeding cattle in multiple states and our Premium Angus Freezer beef is sold 180 mile radius of Shelby. Let our team help you with your Beef needs.
