FCF DRAFT LEAGUE G303 (born September 18, 2019), affectionately known as “Leroy,” is the senior herd sire at Flat Creek Farms. Widely regarded as a cornerstone of the breeding program, he has earned recognition as the sire of some of the most influential calves ever raised in our operation.

Known for his combination of phenotype and genotype, Leroy represents the complete package. His structural correctness, herd bull presence, maternal strength, and genetic merit have made him the benchmark by which all others are measured at Flat Creek Farms.

This bull is the result of one of our matings out of a heifer we developed and sold bred to Banyon Creek Farms. His dam is RReds Seneca (pictured in post), and his sire is our FCF Draft League G303 — also pictured. His paternal granddam is still working hard in our program at 12 years old and boasts a 106 MPPA.

If you’re looking for proven Flat Creek Farms genetics, this bull is ready to go to work. He is current on all vaccinations, developed responsibly on the same ration we blend here on the farm, and has a recent BSE on file.

Rolling out at daybreak—this STRA Relentless son is headed to Roebuck, SC.

Owners of Knockout Butchery, Travis and Misty Howard process approximately 35 head of cattle each week, supplying premium beef to their local community. Seeing firsthand the consistency, carcass quality, and performance of Red Angus cattle, they decided to make the switch to Red Angus for their own beef program.

BREEDING SEASON IS UPON US!

Anyone else have cattle split across four pastures and feel like you’re solving a real-life puzzle?
Today’s plan: move heifers from pasture 3 → 4, evict two bulls, send some cows + a bull from 2 → 1, leave 10 cows in 1, then shuffle the rest to pasture 2.

Repeat. 😂
