Today's Lunch Special is an 8 oz Ribeye Sandwich, loaded with everything (or however you want it dressed). This guy has a grilled ribeye, Provolone Cheese, Locally sourced Tomatoes, Indiana Smoked Bacon, onion, Lettuce with St. Elmo's Creamy Horseradish on a humble bun.

Feel free to make your own with any of the following, American Cheese, Banana Peppers, Avocado, Mayo, Blue Cheese dressing, the possibilities are endless.

Today's Lunch Feature:
Cowboy Stir-fry.
We have been selling a ton of Filets the past couple of days out of our display case and we have trim from the beef tenderloin. As we call them here Filet Bites.

So, we are serving our filet bites on top of oven roasted red potatoes, grilled green and red peppers, onion with white cheddar. Topped off with crisp green onion.

Ask for BBQ sauce or in house made Ranch dressing on the side for dipping.

Filet for Lunch? Yes, please.

We will be having our Farm to Table, Local Fare dinner this evening. Serving from 6pm-9pm.

No reservations needed.

Keith Henry, one of our favorite customers and human, will be introducing 4 new wines that he has helped us choose for our wine selections here at the shop. Wine is a hobby of Keith's and he is very well versed about all kinds of wines and wineries.

It will be a fun evening enjoying a locally sourced meal and some great wine. Perfect Saturday night. See everyone this evening.
