1/3 # Freshly Ground Red Poll Beef from our farm, Stoneground Mustard with onion and Garlic, a nice Wedge of Sweet Onion, Melted Swiss Cheese and cold crisp Lettuce on a toadted Brioche Bun. Add Bacon for a $1.

Regular menu available from 11am-2pm.

We have Chili, Ham and Beans and freshly made German Potato Salad (ready at 12noon) with locally sourced Smoked Jowl. Greman Potato Salad will be a regular item on our menu.

Today we have a Jalapeno Popper Chicken Wrap. Chopped Chicken in Mike's Red Hot Wing sauce, Cream Cheese, Jalapeños, Bacon with White and yellow Cheddar, Blue Cheese Dressing 3in a lightly toasted flour Tortilla.
