Katie Davis Anasis just had a cancellation of an event she was catering tonight. Food is on the smoker as I write this. She will be setting up at the show to sell to recoup their costs,She is an amazing cook and catered the AAC Event at Willow Way in January. Menu as follows :
Smoked Chicken Thighs
Homemade Mac and Cheese
Homemade Corn Pudding
Seasoned Green Beans
Approx 150 serving
Suggested donation to Salt and Light Church of Pendleton $5.00
