We decided to combine two classic desserts into one incredible bite… introducing our Banana Pudding Cheesecake!

Rich, creamy cheesecake loaded with banana flavor, layered with all the goodness of traditional banana pudding, and topped with vanilla wafers for the perfect finish.

It’s smooth, sweet, and everything you love about banana pudding and cheesecake rolled into one dessert.

This one won’t last long when it hits the dessert table!

We had a great time serving the team at Goggin Warehouse for their Employee Appreciation Picnic!

We fired up the Santa Maria grill and cooked fresh burgers and hot dogs for 250 hardworking employees. Along with the grill favorites, we served up mac & cheese, baked beans, and potato salad to complete the meal.

Thank you to Goggin Warehouse for allowing Purdom’s BBQ to be part of such a great event. We always enjoy helping companies celebrate the employees who make their success possible.

🔥 Phyllis Prayer Memorial Cookoff Recap 🔥

What a great weekend at the Phillis Prayer Memorial Cookoff!

We were blessed to hear our name called several times:
🥩 3rd Place Steak A
🥩 9th Place Steak B
🍖 7th Place Ribs
🍰 4th Place Dessert

The highlight of the weekend was watching Rylee take 1st Place in the Hot Dog category using Uncle Ron’s recipe! 🌭🏆 Her win earned her a Golden Ticket to Fort Worth, Texas, where she’ll compete at the SCA World Championship. We couldn’t be more proud of her!

To top it off, I was fortunate enough to earn a Golden Ticket in Steak, securing my spot at the World Championship as well.

We’d also like to give a huge shoutout to TN Craft Butcher for providing the quality meats and competition essentials that help make weekends like this possible. Whether it’s for competitions, catering, or the smoker at home, they’re our go-to source for top-notch products.

Thank you to everyone who supports us, the organizers who put on a great event, and all the competitors who make these contests so much fun. Now it’s time to start preparing for Fort Worth!

We had the pleasure of catering another beautiful wedding this weekend, and this spread was one for the books. From the smoked meats to all the homemade sides, everything was prepared fresh and served with the goal of making the couple’s special day even more memorable.
