Thank goodness you have friends to snuggle and be lazy with after a busy day of showing. The babies are worn out after being shown all day yesterday. Crazy is the only Sr. Doe we brought so she is the only one being shown today. I think animals and exhibitor will sleep all the way home!

Wildfire decided this Mother's Day needed to be extra special, she had 2 bucklings tonight. I'm thankful she didn't wait until Saturday or next week with all the graduation things going on. She did it alone and had extra colustrum for us to milk and store. Definitely a win, win for everyone here this Mother's Day! We have a few more mamas to go this spring, everyone is taking there sweet time this year.

We got a couple pics of Roosters babies since there was a nice day in between the chill and the wind. The little girl likes to stay close to mom. The little buckling though he's a little bit more adventurous. But they do like to nap in the sun together.

The pressure change I am sure kicked my butt in addition; but 2 mamas decide to kid today as we are trying to leave for wrestling for the weekend. Now hopefully everyone got it out of their system until we return later on Sunday. Otherwise chore hand Colton is up. Goats please be kind to him so I can leave town again sometime 🤞In all the crazy I didn't take a pic of the cute babies but Rooster has a nice 2F Udder.

2026 Twin Bucklings for Wildfire. It was finally a nice enough day to get the bucks pics. They don't stand as nice when they are older as when they are young unless it is their idea. This day it wasn't their idea to. They wanted to enjoy the nice weather for once. Samantha is thinking of using the more solid one as a dairy market whether for fair. The other one would make an awesome sire for someone!
