Checked out the new rooftop bar at the AC Hotel. We came for the view, stayed for the cocktails. Great drinks, mountain light, and a little 44° North Original Mountain Huckleberry in the mix never hurts.

It started as a joke then AI made a patch.
We don’t have flight suits. We don’t have planes. We have vodka and strong opinions, which in Idaho is much better.
VF-44. Vodka Flight 44° North. It started in the middle of nowhere Idaho as an inside joke at our distillery and then someone said “what if we actually made it” and here we are which is, honestly, the origin story of this entire company. The cowboy and lasso is how we show up everyday. The “We’ll Git ’Er” has never been more true of anything in our lives. Idaho Mercantile Distillers is our production arm where we “git ’er” everyday to make some of the country’s best spirits.
Top Gun had Maverick. We have a dude on horseback throwing a rope at a problem. Same energy. Better vodka.
