🥦 Double your fresh food budget at the Downtown New Ken Farmers Market ! 🍅

For the past year, we have been working hard on initiatives to make fresh, healthy food readily available to everyone in our community.

Today, we are thrilled to announce that we are officially accepting (Food Bucks and Food Bucks Rx) and distributing Food Bucks!

Here is how it works: For every $2 you spend with SNAP, you will earn $2 in Food Bucks (up to $50 per person) to spend on fresh fruits, vegetables, and herbs 🥕🍏

This incredible program does so much for our community:

🍄 Brings more fresh produce and locally grown foods into our neighbors' homes.

🥕 Supports local farmers directly.

🌽 Strengthens the connection between our communities and local food systems.

🍅 Encourages Pennsylvanians to shop local and support their neighbors.

This initiative is all thanks to generous funding from The Food Trust and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

Stop by tomorrow from 9am to 12pm to stretch your benefits, support local farmers, and bring home the freshest ingredients for your family! ✨
