Thank you everyone for yesterday sold out of all pork belly, brisket and ribs. I did have to cut some orders short but we will be back with more soon. If there is something I can do better message me, love the support thank you guys.

This event got canceled who’s intrested in some bbq I bought the meat already, sell by the lb or by the plate, what do my ppl want

Sunday August 30th from 9am to 5 or sold out I will be at the Minden Country Club. They will be open and offered for people to eat inside if they like. You can have a beer and eat bbq. This will be the last event I do for awhile other than orders. If you wanna buy something by the lb let me know.

Gibbon had us busy the last 2 weekends in a row at the Gibbon golf course. Gibbon wrestling had us smoke up some pork butts, then this last weekend we did beans and street corn for the Nebraska combat warrior. Thank you for the support.
