There’s snow on the ground but we’re back today at Proctor Farmer’s Market with your favorite pasture raised chicken!

Proud to share that we were awarded a 2025 Fund-A-Farmer grant from the Food Animal Concerns Trust (FACT)!

FACT recognizes farmers who are dedicated to the humane treatment of their animals and funds projects to further improve animal welfare.

Our grant will support construction of new, larger hoop-style pasture pens for a portion of our flock to improve weather and predator protection, and improve visibility for us farmers to monitor bird health and make safe pasture moves.

We’ll share more as our project comes to life this spring!
