We provide custom services, including: slaughter, cutting, wrapping, curing, wild game processing, and smoked meats. We also have retail meats ready for you to come pick up and serve to your family and guests any time! If you prefer locally grown and organic meats, we have that available in 1/4 beef and up.

This week, we have Cube Steak on special for $9.99/lbs. Cube Steak is from the top or bottom of the Round (hind leg) of the beef. This cut is called Cube Steak because it was traditionally tenderized with a mallet, which would leave a cube-like pattern.

Cube Steak is a great "smothering steak" in that it pairs well with savory gravy. Serve Cube Steak with a brown gravy of mushroom and onion, or fry your steak up for country fried steak and gravy. Can't go wrong!
