I am the biggest fan of snow, but I have home grown, organic veggies on my mind. Last year we erected three hoop house frames for greenhouses. Next week we will add the roof, walls, and doors; build several long tables and shelves; create a watering system and then we can start potting the Heirloom, Organic, No GMO seeds from Baker Creek that we use every year.
