Our waiting list has officially reached 30 families for our upcoming fall litters! We are incredibly thankful for everyone who has chosen NWR Kennels to help complete their family. 🧡

We’re expecting some truly beautiful puppies this fall, with several colors and patterns possible. Our puppies are raised with love and go home registered, microchipped, vaccinated, regularly dewormed, and protected by our health guarantee.

There’s just something extra special about watching the puppies we produce grow up and absolutely THRIVE in their homes. 🥹🐾

This beautiful girl is Nazarene, a gorgeous Harlequin Doberman produced right here at NWR Kennels — and she is out there showing everyone that she’s so much more than a pretty pattern. 😍

Nazarene is a working service dog, and seeing her intelligence, temperament, focus, and bond with her person makes us incredibly proud. THIS is what we love seeing from our productions. ❤️

And this video had us cracking up. 😂 When somebody tries to “educate” you about the dog you live with, train, work with, and know better than anyone else… Nazarene’s face says everything that needs to be said. 🤣👏

We love getting updates on our NWR babies and seeing the incredible dogs they grow into. Nazarene, you are one beautiful, unique girl! 🖤🤎🤍

🎨🐾 DOBERMAN COLORS & PATTERNS — THE NWR KENNELS WAY! 🐾🎨

One of the things we love about Dobermans is the incredible genetics behind their coats. At NWR Kennels, we work with both the traditional Doberman colors as well as several unique colors and patterns within our program.

Here’s a quick look at some of the colors and patterns you may see at NWR Kennels:

🖤 Black & Rust — The classic black Doberman with rich rust points.

🤎 Red & Rust — A deep red/liver coat with traditional rust markings.

🤍 Fawn & Rust — A diluted red producing a beautiful light fawn/isabella coat with rust points.

🩶 Blue & Rust — A diluted black producing a blue/gray coat with rust markings.

🤍 White — A very light cream-to-white appearing Doberman.

🧡 Clear Red — One of our unique favorites! A clear red has an all-over rust/copper-colored coat without the traditional contrasting rust-point pattern.

🖤 Melanistic — A predominantly solid-colored appearance where the traditional rust markings are absent or extremely difficult to see.

🩶 Merle — A marbled pattern creating areas of lighter and darker pigmentation across the coat. Merle can occur over different base colors.

🤍🖤 Harlequin — A striking pattern characterized by patches or spotting against a much lighter background.

🤎 Sable — A unique appearance created by darker pigment/tipping throughout the coat, often giving the dog a shaded or overlay effect.

🐯 Brindle — Dark striping over a lighter base coat, creating those unmistakable tiger-like stripes.

🤍 Pied — Larger areas of white combined with areas of another base color.

🧬 COLOR IS ONLY ONE PIECE OF THE PUZZLE.

While we absolutely love producing unique Dobermans, our program isn't just about creating a pretty coat. Genetics, health, structure, temperament and responsible pairing decisions all matter when planning a breeding.
