Getting sick for 3 weeks during the holidays was so hard specially for a family business like ours, where the food truck is our only income, that hit hard,harder than we expected..
Trying to catch up while also putting money back into the truck, dealing with car problems, trying to catch up on past due bills and juggling everyday life has been overwhelming. Because of that, we haven’t been able to return to our regular hours or our full menu just yet, and that hasn’t been easy to accept.
There have been moments of stress, doubt, and exhaustion. Moments where we wondered how we were going to keep pushing forward. But what has carried us through is knowing that God always makes a way. Thank you guys for your patience, your kindness, your messages, and your understanding.
We are so grateful for every single person who continues to support us, show up, and believe in us during this tough season. Truly, from the bottom of our hearts, thank you. ❤️

We’re thrilled to announce that we are open again! After a tough three weeks battling the flu, my husband and I are back on our feet and excited to serve you all once more. We truly missed our wonderful community and the joy of sharing our delicious food with you.
As we get back into the groove, we humbly ask for your support. Every visit and every order helps us recover and keeps our food truck thriving. We can't wait to welcome you back and share the flavors you love!
