I didn't Smoke this Memorial Day Weekend! Instead I got some much needed rest, and supported another BBQ Business!!! Black Sheep BBQ in Crestwood,KY knocked that BBQ out the park!!! Always support local folks and come check them out!! I ordered the voodoo wingz and Slab of Ribz. All was Tender, juicy, flavorful folks so you know that's Top Quality BBQ

Jerk Rabbit turned out amazing!! Put those Smoked Cajun Turkey Wingz in the pot and made my broth. Shredded and cooled over night for everything to settle together and reboiled again for the Cabbage, Onion, Broccoli. Quarter the rabbit over a bed of rice and what a meal that was last night!! 👌 😋
