We’re comin’ in SMOKIN HOT with all the meat selections to include 🔥 **Tender, juicy Brisket** — melt‑in‑your‑mouth slices with rich, smoky flavor 🔥 **Hand‑pulled Pork** — soft, savory, and packed with that deep BBQ goodness 🔥 **Smoked Ribs** — meaty, smoky, and glazed with that perfect finish, Pulled Chicken 🔥 along with Award winning sides that include Scuba Steve Cole Slaw, Cowboy Beans** (hearty, smoky, a little sweet, a little spicy), Mac&Cheese, Potato Salad . Wanted to share some exciting news regarding Smokehouse Heroes. We have officially expanded our equipment lineup to better serve our operations and enhance our smoking capacity. Just recently purchased a Yoder Cimarron Competition series smoker, which will be joining the Yoder 1500 we already have in service.

Looking forward to getting it fired up and put to use soon. Watch out we will be coming in HOT!!
