🎉 ONE YEAR OF JB’S! 🎉

September 14th officially marks ONE YEAR since our very first JB’s Mac-N-Cheese & Spuds setup! ❤️

It is honestly crazy to think about everything that has happened in just one year — all the places we’ve been, the people we’ve met, the new menu creations, the community that has supported us, and of course…alllll the mac & cheese and potatoes we’ve served. 🤣

So on September 14th, we want you to come spend the day with us and celebrate! 🥳

We’ll have giveaways, prizes, some fun surprises and more throughout the day because there is absolutely no way we could have made it through this first year without YOU.

And yes…we know we still owe you guys the giveaway from our follower/review contest! 🤦🏻‍♀️😂 We haven’t forgotten! We’ve just had a few things going on behind the scenes this week, but we’re hoping to get that drawing done this weekend.

Hey Mac & Spud lovers! ❤️

Just a heads up that we will be CLOSED Wednesday at The Lighthouse.

We’ve got some family stuff that needs our attention, so we’re going to take the day and be where we need to be. Nothing for anyone to worry about — just one of those times when family comes first. ❤️

Thank you guys for always being so understanding when life happens. We truly have the best people supporting us!

We’ll see you all again soon! 🫶

We will be opening at 12:00 today instead of 11:00. It’s taking us a little bit to get back in the rhythm after taking the weekend off and we are moving a little slow…haha!

Monday - Closed today as we are traveling back home

Tuesday - The Lighthouse 11-7….and it’s tater Tuesday! $2 off all loaded and ultimate spuds

Wednesday- The Lighthouse 11-7 Kids eat free with the purchase of a regular priced entree

Friday - Cedar Grove Elementary School 11-1

And we have good news! The Mac Daddy Burritos will be available all day going forward and will be offered on DoorDash as well as online ordering!

You guys seem to be loving them, and we like giving you what you love ❤️

Ok friends…Lici with Happy Hands Sensory is putting together an amazing fall event for our community that we are calling Harvest of Hope at The Lighthouse! We have rented the community center again for vendor set ups, and if we get more than can fit in there, we can set up outside too! Hopefully we will have amazing weather for this! I think some of our previous vendors have already messaged her, but I’m going to tag you as well just in case you hadn’t seen it.

Please share and help us get the word out! Hopefully this will be our biggest and best event yet!

And of course JB’s Mac-N-Cheese & Spuds will be there serving some yummy food!
