Made up the road in small batches from Saudade’s heritage breed Kunekune pigs that are 100% pasture raised right in Sherburne, NY.

My absolute favorite Churro, Enola, just graced us with a beautiful ewe lamb in the wee hours of the morning.

Enola’s mothering instinct is everything I could ask for. Back in Texas when she was younger, Enola struggled with barber pole and there were plenty of times when we thought we would lose her. Thanks to our vet and extensive treatment, Enola pulled through and also became one of our friendliest Churros.

It’s beyond rewarding seeing her thriving and being an excellent first time mom! Couldn’t be more proud of my gal!
