Most updates are on Instagram, but looks like it’s time for an annual check-in here!
Good summer so far, in our first planned commercial growing season. The Pinot Noir is coming along nicely, with clusters starting to fill in and close up. Planning to make Rosé from it this fall - we made a test batch last year, and it was great! Looking forward to getting this year’s into club members’ hands this winter!
And the last picture is of our newly planted white varietals - mostly Chenin Blanc, plus a bit of Alvarinho. Some challenges for sure, but most of them look to be on track to make it through the summer.
Can’t wait til we’re able to offer Pinot, Rosé, and at least one white wine!
