It's a very sad day at the farm...we lost my prized silkie hen yesterday along with her brother....

My prized rooster we still are fortunate to have with us but my heart just breaks...some may view these as "just chickens" but these were my babies. I was bonded very closely with them and spent lots of time with them. I'm very thankful to have taken photos of my beautiful hen before she passed though ❤️

Quarter Acre Egg Bites:

2 dozen farm fresh eggs
Salt, pepper & garlic
Basil
Tomatoes
Onions
Breakfast Sausage mixed with organic maple syrup
Pepper Jack Cheese

Fill up a muffin or egg bite tray (IF YOU USE SILICONE MAKE SURR TO PUT THE TRY ON TOP OF A COOKIE SHEET)

Cook at 350° for 15 minutes

It's important to also plan your fruit beds not just vegetable/herb gardens 🤗

Here is a look at our single fruit bed we have on the property.

Note: We have rows of raspberries, Marionberry & Marionberry rasperbby hybrids, Boisenberries, orange tree potted, kiwi tree potted, 3 pomegranate trees (2 planted 1 potted), lemon tree potted, grapes, apple tree, and this year we will be adding Cranberry plants and if possible pink huckleberries 😍
