3 Chuck Roasts
7-8 Rib Steaks
5 Short Ribs
7 T-Bone Steaks
2 Tenderloin Streaks
3 Sirloin Steaks
3 -4 Sirloin Tip Steaks
10 -12 Cube Steaks
1 - 2 Stew Packages
30 - 40 Pounds of Hamburger

Steaks are cut 3/4 to 1 inch thick
Hamburger is in 1 1/2 pound packages
Roasts are 4 pounds
