Garden Fresh Spaghetti Salad

A burst of crunchy veggies, tender pasta, and a zesty dressing—this refreshing salad brings vibrant flavors to any summer table!

Ingredients:

12 oz spaghetti, broken in half
1 bell pepper (any color), diced
1/2 cup sliced black olives (they add a salty punch!)
1 cucumber, diced
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese (optional)
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 cup olive oil
Salt and black pepper, to taste

Directions:

Cook the spaghetti until al dente; rinse with cold water and drain well.
Whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper for the dressing.
In a large bowl, combine spaghetti, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, bell pepper, black olives, and parsley.
Drizzle dressing over the salad and toss until fully coated.
Chill for at least 1 hour. Sprinkle parmesan before serving, if desired.

Ingredients:

1 (1 oz) package ranch dressing mix (gives a tangy twist!)
1 (15 oz) can Bush's kidney beans, undrained
1 (15 oz) can Bush's pinto beans, undrained
1 (15 oz) can Bush's black beans, undrained
1 (14.5 oz) can petite diced tomatoes, undrained
1 (1.5 oz) package taco seasoning
1½ pounds ground beef
1 small green bell pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
½ teaspoon minced garlic
½ teaspoon ground cumin
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 (4 oz) can chopped green chilies
1 (15 oz) can whole kernel white sweet corn, drained (adds a subtle sweetness!)

Directions:

Brown the beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with onion, bell pepper, garlic, cumin, black pepper, and salt until beef is browned and veggies are soft. Drain excess grease.
Transfer to slow cooker: Pour the beef mixture into a 3-quart slow cooker.
Add remaining ingredients: Stir in pinto beans, black beans, kidney beans, corn, diced tomatoes, green chilies, taco seasoning, and ranch dressing mix until well combined.
Cook: Cover and cook on low for 2–3 hours until hot and flavors meld together.

Creamy pudding, rich chocolate glaze, and soft yellow cake—this easy twist on a classic Boston Cream Pie is pure indulgence in every bite!

Ingredients:
1 box yellow cake mix (plus eggs, oil & water as directed)
4 cups cold milk
2 boxes (3.4 oz each) instant vanilla pudding mix
8 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup heavy cream (makes the ganache extra luscious!)
2 tbsp corn syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
Bake the Cake: Prepare and bake yellow cake in a greased 9×13” pan as per package instructions. Cool for 15 minutes.
Poke the Cake: Use the handle of a wooden spoon to poke holes all over the cake.
Make the Filling: Whisk together pudding mix and cold milk until smooth and slightly thickened.

Soft, fluffy, and so versatile—you can turn this dough into pizza, cinnamon rolls, bread, or dinner rolls with ease!

Ingredients:
1 ½ cups warm milk or water (warm liquid helps activate the yeast faster!)
3 ½ cups all-purpose flour
2 tbsp sugar
2 ¼ tsp instant yeast (1 packet)
3 tbsp oil
1 ½ tsp salt

Directions:
Mix the warm milk (or water) with sugar and yeast in a bowl; let it sit 5–10 minutes until foamy.
Stir in flour, salt, and oil until combined—no kneading needed!
Cover and let rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.
Shape the dough as pizza, dinner rolls, cinnamon rolls, or bread; let it rise again for 30 minutes.

Bake at 375°F until golden:
• Pizza: 15–20 mins
• Rolls: 18–22 mins
• Bread: 25–30 mins
• Cinnamon rolls: 20–25 mins

Ingredients:
8 oz pasta (tagliatelle, fettuccine, or pappardelle—perfect for soaking up sauce!)
1 lb steak (sirloin, ribeye, or filet), cut into bite-sized cubes
1 head garlic (roasted until sweet and mellow!)
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tsp truffle oil (adds that irresistible gourmet touch)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Directions:
Roast Garlic: Slice top off garlic head, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil, and bake at 400°F for 30-35 mins; mash once cooled.
Cook Pasta: Boil pasta in salted water until al dente; drain and reserve 1/2 cup pasta water.
Make Sauce: Melt butter, stir in roasted garlic paste, add cream, Parmesan, salt, and pepper; mix in truffle oil; toss with pasta.
