The classic “Galette des Rois” is a beloved treat for celebrating Epiphany on January 6th, and can be enjoyed throughout the month of January. Enjoy layers of chocolate mousse, vanilla crémeux, hazelnut croustillant, almond dacquoise, and a silky mirror glaze.
