Wow... the Bingsu debut these past two days has been amazing! 🥹💕

Thank y'all so much for all of the love, support, and positive feedback. Seeing so many of you excited to try something new has made us so happy! One thing we wanted to mention: we've had quite a few people wanting to take Bingsu to go (which we totally understand—you want to share it with family and friends! 💕). Unlike a traditional snow cone, Bingsu isn't made with hard, crunchy ice. It's made with incredibly light, fluffy shaved snow that's best enjoyed fresh, right after it's made. That's what gives it that soft, melt-in-your-mouth texture, and unfortunately it doesn't travel as well as regular shaved ice.

Thank you for being patient with us as we settle into adding this new menu item to our routine. We're learning alongside you, and we truly appreciate all of your kindness. As always, if you have any suggestions or feedback, we're all ears! We want to make the experience even better.
