Have you ever bonked so hard or ran into hydration issues at the end of a race that you didn’t know if you would make it to the finish line? This was the case in this photo ! Luckily I made it and crossed the line in 1st place, but don’t remember much. With the help of and fuel sources like and I am dialing in my nutrition to make sure I win many more races but remember the finish line next time! Ultra marathons are an eating and drinking game and practicing it in your training is so important. Getting professional help and using the right clean sources can help.
