Harvest is where it all comes together.

After a year of tending the vines and watching over the fruit, there’s something special about seeing it finally make its way from the vineyard to the sorting line. It’s the continued culmination of years of work. An annual ritual filled with long days, excitement, laughter, and plenty of shared moments.

More than anything, harvest is about the people who make it possible, the friendships, traditions, and many hands that have cared for this vineyard over the years.

There’s something special about Pranzo at Alloro.

Inspired by the Italian tradition of a mid-day meal, Chef Denali’s newly expanded lunch offerings highlight estate wines and fresh, seasonal cuisine. From vibrant salads to creamy pasta and Kuro Wagyu Tagliata, each dish celebrates the best of the Pacific Northwest, with ingredients sourced from our farm whenever possible. As the landscape changes, so will the menu.

We’re excited to share this next chapter from our kitchen, and Chef Denali can’t wait to welcome you to the Tasting House to experience it.

The Tasting House will be closed June 19–21 as we celebrate our annual Member Appreciation Weekend. One of our favorite traditions of the year, Member Appreciation Weekend is a chance to reconnect with familiar faces, meet fellow members, and share in the community that makes Alloro so special. We are grateful for your continued support and we look forward to welcoming guests back for Estate Tastings beginning June 22.

Hood strawberry season has arrived.

After months of tending and care in the culinary garden, our first Hood strawberries are ready for harvest and will be featured on this weekend’s Spring Burrata. Grown here on the farm and picked at peak ripeness, these iconic Oregon berries are one of the highlights of the season!

As the sun sets over the vineyard, the view from the Alloro Tasting House feels especially serene this time of year. Join us on April 10 for Cinque Cose di Notte, a relaxed, coursed dinner paired with our estate wines. It’s the kind of evening where you can settle in, enjoy the light stretching over the vines, and take in the season as it begins to shift. Designed for good conversation and time well spent at the table, it’s one of the best ways to experience the property right now. Doors open at 6:00 PM, with dinner service beginning at 6:30 PM. Come celebrate the season with us! Salute!
