As the sun sets over the vineyard, the view from the Alloro Tasting House feels especially serene this time of year. Join us on April 10 for Cinque Cose di Notte, a relaxed, coursed dinner paired with our estate wines. It’s the kind of evening where you can settle in, enjoy the light stretching over the vines, and take in the season as it begins to shift. Designed for good conversation and time well spent at the table, it’s one of the best ways to experience the property right now. Doors open at 6:00 PM, with dinner service beginning at 6:30 PM. For the month of January, the Alloro Tasting House is transforming into Trattoria Alloro, a winter celebration of Italian hospitality, comfort, and time well spent at the table.

Throughout January, our regular daily service will feature a trattoria-inspired menu designed for sharing, lingering, and warming up by the fire.

Expect familiar Italian classics, thoughtfully prepared pasta, and seasonal plates that pair beautifully with our estate wines, all served with the warmth and generosity that define the Italian table.

This experience is available in January only, making it the perfect excuse to slow down, gather with family and friends, and enjoy something cozy after the holiday rush.

This year, we’re celebrating by partnering with local artist Rebecca Ngyuen of Line & Wave, bringing her craft directly to our guests for a meaningful, personal way to share Alloro wines.

Beginning now through December 19, guests are invited to visit the Tasting House to select wines and choose a custom engraved message of three to five words. Shipping orders may also be placed by calling us in the Tasting House.

Engraving will be completed live on-site during Line & Wave’s visit on December 18 and 19, from 12 to 4 PM.
Join us to watch her at work and experience the artistry firsthand!

Engraving is $30 for non-members and $20 for members.
