Can you say "fennel soubise"? Of course you can, but you usually don't when there are 20 taps of delicious beer. You came expecting meat & potatoes, you say?
This tender cut of pork is served with smashed red potatoes and a smooth, velvety herb puree (that's the soubise!). It's dressed up with fresh gremolata, which we love to say with an Italian accent & an Italian Pils.
If you want to double down on the unpronounceables, you can also wash it down with a glass of Grüner Veltliner.
