This might seem a bit silly. But I’m actually really sad to report that this amazing mixer of mine officially died today. It was originally a wedding gift over 20 years ago, and was rarely used until I decided to embark on my independent custom cake business 7 years ago. It’s been an amazing work horse for me with well over 1000 cakes at the point. Rest in peace little lady 🥰
