Crystallized Honey!! It’s soooo good. I actually prefer it. Have you tried it?
Honey will crystallize over time due to its low moisture content. You can easily re-liquify your jar of honey by placing it in a pot of warm water (not boiling!). It also helps to store your honey above 77 degrees. (I hope you like your house warm 🥵). But I say leave it natural. Why not?
