Happy Friday! The farm is open for picking! We are on the last of the Bluerays and into peak Jersey picking which means picking in the shade of the Jersey jungle! Hope you can join us!

Happy Sunday from the farm! We’ve had a couple of busy picking days and again this morning so we are picked out! It’s also getting very hot out in the field so we are going to close. Happy Summer 2025! We are pleased to announce that Beach Blueberry Farm is back! Our plants are responding well to the soil and nutrition adjustments and we have berries for you! Please join us this Saturday and Sunday, July 5-6, from 9am-4pm, for our opening weekend. Look forward to seeing you!

Hello Friends of Beach Family Farm and happy Summer 2024!

We hope this message finds you well. Unfortunately, we are dealing with a plant health issue this season that has required us to cull most of our fruit and significantly prune back our younger plants. As such, we will not be able to open for a regular picking season this year. This was really hard for us to come to terms with and we apologize for the inconvenience. We wanted to make sure that you were aware and able to make other picking arrangements for this year. While we don’t anticipate having enough fruit to open, we will send an update if we find ourselves with enough to offer to you. For now, we are focusing on taking care of the plants and will continue to prepare for next year.

Thank you for your continued patience and support and we wish you a fun and safe summer!

Hi All-unfortunately we have to close for the rest of the season. We’ve lost most of our ripe Jerseys to our bumper crop of birds and we’ve also observed SWD fruit flies which will impact the quality of the remaining fruit. It’s a disappointing end to the season but we’ll keep our sights on next year! Thank you SO MUCH for picking with us-we really appreciate your business and support! We will continue to invest in the future of the farm and share what we have with you! Have a great rest of your summer and we will see you again in 2024! 😁😁

Farm update: we had a busy morning and we are currently picked out. We will be closed this weekend for ripening and will target reopening next weekend 29-30 July for picking on the Jerseys. Have a great week!

Hi All-Beach Family Farm will be open Friday 21 July from 8am-Noon and 9am-4pm Saturday and Sunday 22-23 July. We’re on last call for Blueray picking and have a few early Jerseys thanks to the heat. Highly recommend picking earlier in the day if possible during the upcoming hot days. Here’s a view from the field…

Hi All-Beach Family Farm will be open Friday 14 July from 8am-Noon and 9am-4pm Saturday and Sunday 15-16 July. We’ve reached peak Blueray picking and have a few Toros/Dukes as well. Highly recommend picking earlier in the day if possible during the upcoming hot days. Look forward to seeing you on the farm! 😁😁

Hi All! Thanks to the hot weather we will be open Friday through Sunday this week, 9am-4pm! We have a second round of Earliblues, a strong crop of Bluerays, some larger Dukes and a few early Toros. Hope you can join us during this nice three day stretch of cooler weather 😁😁
