It's time for my official announcement, Little Bites Bakeshop is closing. I really appreciate each and everyone's patronage over the last two years! I'm finding that it's time to refocus my energy on my family. I have just posted pictures from my final project, Ashley and Dustin's wedding. They were a sweet couple to work with and I wish them much happiness!

Nutella will be debuting at both Willamette Coffee House and Stickmen Brewery & Skewery tomorrow. Come on down and try them out. I tried one tonight (quality testing, of course!) and it was soft & fluffy with definitely milk chocolate hazelnut flavor, yum!

The fondant cake is alternating tiers of strawberry pink-champagne and vanilla cake filled with a tangy lemon buttercream.

I was asked to come up with mini cupcakes for a baby shower decorated with peacocks in teal, fuchsia, and purple with gold accents. Here's what I came up with. Cupcake flavors were strawberry champagne, mimosa, and cookies & cream.

A new flavor in the sample cupcake platter this week at Stickmen Brewery & Skewery - beer and pretzels. It is an IPA cupcake topped with IPA-chocolate buttercream, drizzled in caramel and topped with a chocolate covered pretzel. Yum!

Cupcakes on display for a family reunion. Flavors were margarita, chocolate peanut butter, salted caramel, mint chocolate chip, lemon, coconut, chocolate and angel food with whipped topping & blueberries.
