🍓 Oregon Strawberry Season is HERE 🍓
We’re so excited to start bringing in fresh local strawberries to the barn and we’ll be keeping them coming all season long! The varieties will change throughout the season depending on what’s ripe and ready, so you may see different berries come through each week (including everyone’s favorite… Hoods 👀), but they’ll always be fresh, in-season, and full of flavor.
Because strawberry varieties ripen at different times, you’ll see new local berries throughout the season and many are just as sweet, flavorful, and fresh as Hoods 🍓
These berries are picked ripe, which is why they taste so much sweeter, juicier, and more “real” than berries shipped from far away. They’re grown for flavor not for travel so they may be a little smaller and more delicate, but that’s exactly what makes them so good ❤️
✨ UPick update: Our fields OPEN THIS MONDAY MAY 18th! We’ll keep our stories updated, so stay tuned if you want to come pick your own!
🌿 Why choose local fruit?
Buying local means fresher produce, better flavor, and supporting Oregon agriculture during its short but amazing growing season.
⏳ Because they’re fresh and not heavily preserved, they don’t last as long so enjoy them within a few days or freeze them to keep that summer flavor around!
Sweet, local, and here for a short time don’t miss it 🍓
