Single-use plastic is a huge problem, and we’re always looking for innovative solutions. That’s why we’re excited to introduce our new “disposable” clay cups from Gaeastar!

With a modern take on an ancient material, has developed a way to make thin clay cups that are inexpensive, waterproof and durable (assuming you don’t drop a rock on them).

Made only of clay, water and salt, at the end of their useful life they can be thrown away guilt-free, simply returned to the earth. 🌎🌱

Available in 12oz and 16oz sizes, we will be offering these as an upgrade at our markets this summer, including a discount on refills. They make a cool gift, too!

See our all-electric Air-Motion Roaster in action, then taste several Guatemalan coffees and vote on your pick to be added to our lineup.

Get a first hand look at how we roast sustainably on our all-electric Air Motion Roaster. Our head roaster Jim will be roasting a batch of coffee and attendees will have a chance to see the entire process and learn how coffee goes from green to roasted and ready to brew.

Then we will move on to a coffee cupping to taste a variety of coffees from Guatamala. We will have 8 coffees for you to taste -- vote on your favorite to help us select which one we include in our lineup!

Coffee lovers unite!
We have been selected as a vendor at this year’s NECF and we are so excited!. This is a fun event for all coffee lovers. The Community Market will feature food, coffee, and tea vendors along with live music and a beer garden. All free and open to the public. Look for us under our tent with our new coffee cart! We’ll be serving up hot and cold coffee in addition to our tins of freshly roasted beans.

In addition, passes can be purchased for workshops, panels, tastings & a latte art throwdown. Check out the NECF website for more info and a full schedule of activities throughout the weekend.

We are proud to be the Premier Sponsor of The Featherhead Foundation and help raise money for Polaris and their work to create a more just and equitable society.

On May 16, Scott and Jacob of the Featherhead Foundation will be walking the ENTIRE 12 MILES of the Nashua River RailTrail and counting the number of different bird species they can identify. You can support them by pledging $.50, $1, or $2 per species. 🦅

Will they need coffee along the way? You bet! And we are happy to provide them with the caffeine boost they need to complete their walk!

How many birds will they find? Stayed tuned, we will reveal the final count after the walk concludes!

Coming soon… the Wavelength Coffee Cart!

This will allow us to better serve YOU, our loyal customers, with more coffee drink options at our upcoming markets.

While not quite as fast as this time-lapse, assembly is quick and easy with the well-designed SimpleCart. Can’t wait to roll it out!

We’ve flipped our lids, again!

The peel-away vented lid keeps the beans inside fresh, but it was also the only part of our packaging that wasn’t recyclable.. Until now!

We have switched to an all-aluminum vented lid, so grab the tab, peel it off, and drop it in the recycling bin!

This is just one of the ways we are always striving to reduce our impact without compromising on quality. More ideas are coming soon, so stay tuned!

Coffee time! Marshview Farm in Essex will be brewing up our coffee at their new coffee bar.

They have designed and built a gorgeous space with a serene view over the Essex River. If you live on the North Shore or are on your way to the beach, be sure to stop by Marshview Farm General Store in Essex.

They have a curated selection of local food, beverages, and fresh produce from their farm. Get everything you need for your beach day or to take back home. Grab a cup of coffee while you’re there!
