We'll be set up at the Deven's Farmer's Market at the corner of Elm & Jackson Street in Devens, MA with hot and cold coffee and cans of freshly roasted coffee beans. Another new release (we have been busy)! For all you folks who need a great decaf, we are here for you! Whatever your reasons for avoiding caffeine, you can still enjoy a great tasting cup of coffee. This one is made using the Mountain Water Process, a chemical-free method of removing caffeine from green coffee beans using a water-based solution. This coffee is produced by a collective of small-holder farmers. Many coffees from Mexico, like this one, are both Fair Trade and Organic certified; the enduring presence of indigenous cultures and farming practices in the area have contributed to this fact, as their traditional techniques align closely with those of modern organic farming. It's here! You've been asking and we are excited to get this one in your hands. This coffee is so good, it is quickly becoming one of my favorites to use as espresso (equally good as a filter brew!). Peachy goodness in the cup with toffee notes and a floral nose. A really great expression of the Yirgacheffe region. Get it online today or find us at our next event!
