Some bad news: we are down to our last few cans of Hacienda La Minita in the shop. 😢It has been our most popular coffee since we opened last October, so we plan to keep it in the rotation going forward. The good news - a new shipment is due in July! In the meantime you can grab it hot, iced or in the can at any of Revival Cafe's locations in the Boston area.

It's summer market season! We'll be set up at the Marlborough, Acton and Westford markets this summer along with lots of other great food vendors and artisans.

We'll have delicious cold brew for sale along with freshly roasted whole bean coffee packaged in 100% recyclable steel cans. Plus free samples of all of our coffees! ☕

We love hosting groups at our showroom roastery and we had a blast last week with teachers and students from the Routes program at Westford Academy.

The students run their own coffee shop as a way to learn workplace skills and build independence. They toured the roastery and learned about the coffee roasting process, then they sampled and mixed a selection of our coffees to create their own blend. Their teacher even created a vocabulary scavenger hunt which was fun for everyone!

They named their coffee “Routes Brew” and it will be available at their cafe starting this month! We are excited for this collaboration and glad to be supporting the mission of the Routes program.

Single-use plastic is a huge problem, and we’re always looking for innovative solutions. That’s why we’re excited to introduce our new “disposable” clay cups from Gaeastar!

With a modern take on an ancient material, has developed a way to make thin clay cups that are inexpensive, waterproof and durable (assuming you don’t drop a rock on them).

Made only of clay, water and salt, at the end of their useful life they can be thrown away guilt-free, simply returned to the earth. 🌎🌱

Available in 12oz and 16oz sizes, we will be offering these as an upgrade at our markets this summer, including a discount on refills. They make a cool gift, too!

See our all-electric Air-Motion Roaster in action, then taste several Guatemalan coffees and vote on your pick to be added to our lineup.

Get a first hand look at how we roast sustainably on our all-electric Air Motion Roaster. Our head roaster Jim will be roasting a batch of coffee and attendees will have a chance to see the entire process and learn how coffee goes from green to roasted and ready to brew.

Then we will move on to a coffee cupping to taste a variety of coffees from Guatamala. We will have 8 coffees for you to taste -- vote on your favorite to help us select which one we include in our lineup!

It's a wrap! 2 full days of coffee & conversation. Thanks to everyone who stopped by our booth. We sold hundreds of cups of coffee, debuted our reusable clay cups (huge hit!), made new friends and gained new fans. Our feet are tired, but our hearts are full!
