That's where our blast chiller comes in. It pulls the heat out of a fresh batch fast, well ahead of those limits. That means:

✅ Safer soup
✅ Better flavor and texture, because vegetables stay tender instead of turning mushy and pasta holds its bite
✅ Fresher soup in your fridge, which lasts longer once you get it home

It's not the flashy part of making soup, but it's one of the reasons you can trust what's in the container.

Minestrone: the soup that makes Monday feel manageable 🥣

A good minestrone is packed with vegetables, beans, and pasta in a tomato broth. It's hearty enough to be dinner and it reheats even better on day two. That's why it's our go-to for busy weeks.

Here are 4 ways to make your work week go smoother:

1️⃣ Lay out Monday on Sunday night. Clothes, keys, lunch bag, whatever you'll be hunting for at 7 a.m. Five minutes Sunday saves you twenty Monday.

2️⃣ Make one decision for the whole week. Pick your dinners once instead of asking "what's for supper?" every night at 5:30.

3️⃣ Let someone else do the cooking. Luke's Soups makes fresh, small-batch soup right here in Minnesota. Order a few quarts for the week and dinner is handled. Heat, serve, done.

4️⃣ Protect one quiet evening. No errands, no extra commitments. Just a warm bowl and a night off.

This is the soup our friend tells us to just set one aside for him. Every time. No questions asked.

We've watched people eat an entire quart in one sitting. (We don't recommend it. We also understand it.)

We've also heard of folks turning it into chicken pot pie and taking full credit for their "scratch-made" dinner. No shame. Your secret's safe with us. 🤫

We dropped off some chicken wild rice and apple squash soup for the lake_johanna_local5485 Lake Johanna Fire Department because they deserve it!

It is fire prevention week. The fire department will be hosting an open house on 10/10 from 9a-1p. They’ll have station tours of the new facility (it’s beautiful!) , safety activities and fire trucks!
