Poderi di Toscana Rosso “Due Amici” Super Tuscan

Color: Medium ruby ​​red.

Nose: Forest fruit berries, underwood, cherry, and plums.

Palate: Soft and fresh, with a good acidity and delicate tannins. Medium length, very pleasant.

“Poderi di Toscana” is a project launched by Vignaioli del Morellino di Scansano to acquire vineyards of retiring farmers, to minimize the amount of abandoned fields in the territory. These “rescued” vineyards gave birth to this super Tuscan: a blend of the very Tuscan grape Sangiovese, and international ones such as Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.

The label represents the two souls of this wine (Tuscan and international) dancing and having fun together.

Pairs well with cured meats and cheeses, rich pasta dishes and meat main courses.
