💙☁️ FROM MY HEART… ☁️💙
I honestly never thought I would be sitting down to write this post.
After a lot of prayer, thought, conversations, and tears, I have made the very difficult decision to close the doors of OnStroud9 Nutrition.
Our last day of operation will be Wednesday, September 30th.
This isn’t just a business closing. For me, this feels like saying goodbye to a chapter of my life that has meant so much more than I could ever put into words.
When I opened OnStroud9 Nutrition, I had a vision of creating a place where people could come in, grab a shake or loaded tea, and feel welcomed. But somewhere along the way, it became so much more than that.
YOU made it more. 💙
You became familiar faces I looked forward to seeing.
You became friends.
You shared your good days and your hard days.
We celebrated birthdays, milestones, weight-loss victories, new jobs, new babies, graduations, and so many little moments in between.
There were mornings when I walked through those doors tired, overwhelmed, or having a hard day — and one of you would walk in and completely change my day.
That is something I will never forget.
To every person who has ever supported OnStroud9 — whether you came every single day or only stopped in once — thank you.
Thank you for trusting me.
Thank you for supporting my dream.
Thank you for bringing your friends and family.
Thank you for sharing our posts.
Thank you for participating in our events.
Thank you for the conversations, the laughs, the hugs, the encouragement and even the crazy busy days. 😂
And thank you for allowing OnStroud9 Nutrition to become a little piece of your routine and your life.
I am incredibly proud of what we built together.
While this chapter is coming to an end, I don’t want the ending to overshadow how beautiful the journey has been. I will forever be grateful that I took the leap and opened those doors.

We will also be having a liquidation sale on a Saturday in October. The exact date and details will be announced soon, so please watch our page for that information.
If you’ve been meaning to come see us one more time, please do. Come grab your favorite drink, come say goodbye, come give us a hug, and most importantly, come help us make these final days something we can look back on with a smile. 🥹💙
